Rates

A good collaboration starts with a strong foundation. That is why I always offer a free and non-binding introductory meeting. This meeting can take place both live and online, so that you can get to know my approach in a way that works best for you. In this first meeting we discuss your wishes and goals, and together we determine how I can best support you. A customized quote always follows, so that you know where you stand.

  • Hourly rate *

    • €95 for private coaching
    • €125 for (conflict) coaching or coaching within your company
    • € 165,- for Mediation
    • € 165,- for Interim Management

    If guidance or coaching is required for a longer period or if guidance occurs more frequently within your company, then price agreements can be made.

  • Compensation

    Some coaching programs are reimbursed, depending on the health insurer.

    Often the employer is also prepared to contribute to a process. Guidance in Mediation or Mediation is often also reimbursed by the employer in conflict situations within the company.
