    In the first free and non-binding introductory meeting, we will discuss your request for help in detail and assess whether I can help you further.

    If I think you've come to the right place, and we feel a mutual click, we'll jointly make an initial assessment of the assignment and I'll make a customized quote. That way you always know in advance where you stand.


    We also map out which parties and people are involved in order to make a joint start.

  • Method

    Specialized in organizational change, cultural change and business development, we look with those involved at how we can best make people, groups or mutual relationships work. See which role suits each person best.

    For this I use different methods to let everyone work pleasantly again and function optimally in their (new) role. Experience shows that the 'flow' returns to the people and the organization, job satisfaction increases and absenteeism decreases drastically.

    Interim management for a short period is also possible. With a lot of experience and a no-nonsense approach, I like to take on this role and look at the right changes and the best implementation of your organization.
